β β β β β My sister engaged them for service of bed bugs for $400 plus dollars. Came twice with cans and allow the cans to do their own spraying. There was no movement of mattress, or cupboards. The 2 people just stood there... they managed to kill 1 bed bug... However the problem still exists till now.. My helper found a nest after months later. And I had to engage WTP pest control company to kill off the bed bugs which is found in a new room again. They had to move whatever was in the room. And my room is cluttered. My mum said the WTP pest control was more responsible and they did whatever they could. After one session with WTP pest control, 2 bed bugs were found killed... hopefully there will be more killed by 3 sessions.

β β β β β Worst company to get with it comes to rodent/pest management. They claim their expensive $290 a month contract would eliminate and handle the pest problem we have at one of our restaurants. The service did not help improve the problem at all and Anticimex demaded payment from our company regardless of the lack of competent service that they did not provide. When we asked them as to their effectiveness of their service, no feedback was given and instead they resorted the the credit bureau to force a payment out of us in order to get their funds. Horrible I would advise everyone to keep away from these crooks who are false advertising and simply hurting local Singaporean businesses. They simply want to charge exorbitant rates for something they cannot achieve or do. Really sad that these people exist hence I'd like to spread the word in my industry to keep away from their smart rodent system. It is ineffective and simply costly to the consumer without any permanent benefits. I have had this first hand if anyone requires any documentation please PM me and I'll send it across to you guys.

β β β β β Wonderful experience. Based on a friendβs recommendation, called up to ask about post reno services and instead of trying to sell us services or products we donβt need, Bing Hwa started giving us tips and advice about what to do to keep pests away. He even told us to ensure the moving boxes weren't kept overnight in our apartment because cockroaches love to hide in the zig zag folds of the cardboard. Itβs amazing to come across someone so passionate and knowledgeable. Of course we got Anticimex to do the job after that phone call!!! Really happy with the service!
Thank you Bing Hwa and team.

β β β β β Landlord engaged them and we split the cost on a pre-existing cockroach issue isolated to 1 room in the shophouse. After 1 year of visits every 2-3 months the problem persists. Even crazier, they could not figure out where the cockroaches were coming from!
The employees were generally ok albeit seemingly clueless as to how to best resolve the situation. I did not renew the contract as I expect it would be another year of no progress and no idea where the source of the infestation is coming from while it continues to grow. I am not sure if they are incentivized to resolve the problem as then they lose out on a recurring revenue stream.

β β β β β I hate to write bad review to any business because I know it might affect the business and jobs. I tried to give Anticimex a chance to rectify the problem but they refused to. This is what happened. I booked for cockroach control in early August, one month on and there is no improvement to the cockroach infestation problem. In fact, more cockroaches can be found especially when I woke up at around 2-4am. I live in an apartment with the pneumatic rubbish chute away from my unit. I don't have a helper so my wife does the cleaning every day, we keep the place as clean as possible using a Robot vacuum cleaner with mop too. We asked Anticimex if the bait they used may be ineffective to the type of cockroaches found in my home. Initially, I approach Anticimex and I thought it is an international brand. But, I guess I am wrong, the company is not professionally managed and I can't even reach out to the headquarter via email. The damage is 139 which I think it is better spent elsewhere even your own method. Further to my research, Anticimex actually bought out a local company to represent the brand. Everything is local about the company except the brand.
Reply to your reply - By saying the source does not come from within the house, you are shirking your responsibilities because the bait is supposed to reduce the number of cockroaches and not increase from 2-3 every week to 1-2 every day.

β β β β β Horrendous service. Have used them for a few years for our small office and when we tried to renew late last year, it took months for them to respond and we were eventually ghosted. Imagine wanting to renew and them not even wanting your business. Renewal price also keeps going up vs other vendors in the market.

β β β β β Engaged Kelvin from Anticimex to help with both a general pest inspection and a subsequent cockroach pest infestation; he was extremely responsive and professional, assisting quickly and ensuring my issues were completely resolved

β β β β β I am happy with the service provided by them. I faced a problem of the ants coming back in my kitchen area they came back and re-do it again for me. Thanks for the effort to resolve the customer issues. Thanks Judy.
