★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the service day, team of 5 cleaners arrived with a huge trolley of equipments! I think that made sense so every cleaner gets tools / equipments / supplies to do their work and don’t waste any time.
They were nice and made my property smell nice too after cleaning. Definitely will recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged them to do my office Disinfection fogging and carpet cleaning and also for my condominium. They were quick to respond and set up what I need. Staff were friendly and efficient. Had not done my curtains this time but knowing they do this too, will engaged to clean my curtains next time. Went through quotes of a few companies, they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Glad I chose them as I am happy with the overall service.

disappointment, waste of time and money
The workers simply didn't care about doing a good job. What had been delivered was a quick vaccum and spray that anyone could do by themselves. I asked for professional clean up and sanitization of my couch, and paid a premium yet I ended up spending 4 hours trying to do this myself.
A lesson for myself, sharing here so others don't make the same mistake. I'll avoid this vendor altogether. Customer Service didnt bother much either..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evelyn was very responsive and patient. The team of 4 arrived at my place on time and they started cleaning immediately. Generally, I'm satisfied with their spring cleaning service. The plus point was the windows were well cleaned and polished.
However, I felt that the pricing was too high. It was estimated that the team would take 3 hours but they were done in about 2 hours. I had paid more than $500 for their service. I was expecting the stubborn stains in the bathroom to be remove since it was a 3hour service. If they really can't, they should have informed me but they did not. Hence in my opinion, it was simply "general cleaning service" and I should not have paid so much for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services I engaged was deep cleaning of my home and cleaning of my drapes, carpet and upholstery (couches). I had used a few other cleaning companies and I am certainly impressed by CleanHomes equipments and team. Value wise they are not the most expensive nor cheapest after my comparison. But I am generally happy with the work they had done. Keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a post reno service, they had free sanitising and I can really feel the difference as there were almost no post reno odors after they cleaned my place compared to after the reno where the smell were troubling us after the reno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales team is very fast in getting back once they received my enquiry with a call and follow up with a quotation and answer to my questions. The booking process is simple and fast. The team coming on site is very on time. They are also very detailed and thorough in getting my house clean. The on site team also able to answer my mum on all the questions she have and also able provide additional advise beside answering. Great services overall, very professional.
