★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly irresponsible. Engaged them for a job, agent told me their cleaning standard is very low. Arranged for a touch-up cleaning, but they didn't show up. It is market practice for professional cleaners that if their job is not up to standard, they will do it again.
What's worse, they aren't the cheapest in the market. It is not the cleaning standard that disappoints, but breaking of promises and totally ignoring calls and messages.
Think hard before you engage them.
