Engaged Superclean for a detailed disinfection service for my house. The specialist was punctual and geared up in full PPE. He was very thorough and mist all our rooms and made sure all corners were covered. Definitely recommend to family and friends! Lastly, pricing is reasonable and customer service is also very responsive!

We recently engaged Sureclean to do a thorough cleaning of our house; we're extremely pleased and impressed with the job well done! The team was very punctual and professional. They had set aside 2 days for the work just in case there was insufficient time; they cleaned tirelessly (and so joyfully!) and completed the work in 1 day, but came by again the next morning to make sure that every nook and cranny was covered (even did a 2nd mop down). I felt assured with the equipments and cleansing agents they had come prepared with. The house felt clean & fresh, and will definitely engage them again for our next major deep cleaning!

The personnel came on time, was very thorough in his cleaning. Thought it would take 1hour but he meticulously took 1.5hr as he said some might. It was like we were advised, old stains may not be able to be removed but majority of the stains were and notwithstanding those that could not, our L shaped sofa’s colour became brighter, as if newly bought. Plus I’m familiar with the Sureclean brand used in cleaning in schools, so I definitely trust their quality in the product. Unlike other service providers which claimed on promotions of few pieces but end up need to top up for shampooing sofa, without divulging the brand of chemicals used.

I engaged the cleaning service of SureClean and the 2 ladies (Maya and Devi) are pleasant and polite. Overall I am pleased with their service and the overall cleaning of my house. Even their customer service (on whatsapp) Ms Mizah is responsive and patient with answering my queries.

I engaged sureclean as my first cleaning company and was given 20% discount as first time customer. I'm very impressed with their service provided. They cleaned my home including my window grills, which I have hard time cleaning. I was told 2-3 cleaners, and end up with 4 cleaners. They finished their job within 4 hours. I will definitely engage with them again.

First time I used SureClean, I was apprehensive but in the end I was delighted. A team of 3 came, they were very fast, efficient and professional. They took as much care as they could and they were very thorough. The even cleaned places which I didn’t expect. Interestingly, they left the place neater. All done in 4+ hours. Couldn’t have done a better job myself. Will surely recommend.

Pros: - Cleaners were punctual and polite Cons: - Only 2 cleaners came. For a 1292 sqft home. - Paid for Move in/Post reno cleaning + Mattress cleaning + 365 Disinfection service. When called to ask in Dec was told each service will be done by different group of people. To my surprise, all three services was done by the same 2 person. You can imagine how much time do they actually have to clean my place? Came at 9.30am and went back at 1++ pm. - Don't be fooled by reviews of them cleaning every nook and cranny.. because not really. While unpacking i still find dust at some places (only realised because it was too high up for me to do any checking). That said, what can two people do in 4++ hrs right?? - No sticker to indicate my mattress was cleaned and treated. Gave me a bag of dust collected and that was it. Just to give a context.. "Sanondaf" provided a microscope to show us the dustmites and had a sticker to prove and state when the next service should be, but Sureclean doesnt. When asked for the sticker, was told that now they don't provide. Sanondaf even had a anti dustmite spray for our mattresses, but Sureclean doesnt. What's even better.. Sanondaf cost only $80 while Sureclean charged us $100++ (Queen size). - The bottle used for my 365 Germclean disinfection, had sticker labelled as Germclean only (back label stating 30 days protection). But was told the cap states Germclean plus, and that is the 365 Germclean. And that just so happen, correct labels were not ready, hence the wrong labels. (??) How would I know if the cap was correct? It is easy to swap out any cap and tell me that bottle is 365 Germclean and not the 30 Day Germclean right? I also had to ask for a sticker to prove that my place was disinfected by them. Why do i have to even ask, i dont understand. - Cleaning tools were a shark vacuum (household kind) and a normal flat mop. No power scrubber what not (unlike Vinyl Guard / Epiclean who does true deep cleaning). My vinyl floors still felt dusty after two rounds of vacuuming. I don't blame the cleaners, because i know that normal vacuums just dont cut it. But if you want to call it a deep clean, please dont even. Tiles were given a steamed mop though so those were ok. --------- Just to add, the post service checklist, I did gave a 5 star for service, but that's just for the cleaners. For being punctual, and polite. Due to some moving house issues, we had to find a company that does all three services on the same day. But if given a choice, I will not use Sureclean again. And what's even funnier.. when I decided to go with Sureclean I explained to my husband it's because base on reviews and pictures seems like they use very professional equipment.
