Most of the time cleaners are late or did not turn up, I even have to text them one day before to remind, yet still did not turn up. On the last cleaning session, the cleaner broke my toilet bowl cover. Upon checking it with the Company, I was told that cleaning companies don't cover for item broke during the cleaning, it indeed amazed me. The Company even blame it on manufacture defect (the toilet bowl was for common toilet bought 3years ago and rarely used). Terrible experience with the Company. No doubt on the affordable pricing, but it comes with the stress as well. Engage at your own risk. You have been warned.

Made a booking on 19 Oct and the reply was fast and booking was confirmed instantly. On the cleaning day, the lady cleaner arrived 20 mins earlier than the planned time, I was amazed as most cleaning company I've engaged were always late. She did an excellent job! Thank you Cleaning Ninja and thank you Rachel, for making this happen. I will definitely arrange my next cleaning session with you soon, cheer!

The cleaner assigned was very good and polite and finished all the tasking assigned to her. I would like to thank the admin for their fast responds as well, got my quotation, arranged the booking and the cleaner was here the next day. Keep up the good work!

Okay jk, but hired her for 4 hours, she was 20 min late w no notice, kept trying to leave early, asking if there was anything else even though there was SO. MUCH. DUST and uncleaned surfaces left. At 1.5 hours she acted as if she was all done, had to point out every surface that was still dusty and grimy. She cleaned around containers, electronics, didnt lift them up to clean underneath, even though these were light objects. Missed all the corners, etc. She said she had cleaned the tv stand but there were actual dust bunnies spread about it. My husband and i were perspiring nonstop cleaning together with her the whole time, and she would look at us wiping things down and clearing dust from corners and ask if there was more to do. Felt like she had no exp cleaning a house before. Left a lil before 2pm, though she came at 1020. Didn't bother to keep telling her, yes, there is more to do. I'm not a clean person in general but even i was surprised by her standards.

They finally responded on the cleaning schedule and sent me a confirmation message for my booking, only to find out on the day of the cleaning itself that they have given my cleaning slot away as they mentioned that I did not prepay for the service. Did not even have the courtesy or basic service level to check in with me or inform me before giving away my appointment. Honestly, not worth the headache to engage them and I'm glad they showed their true colours before we started. Feels like I dodged a bullet by not engaging them.

F	Fiona Foo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House condition : new house move in less than one year Cooking : seldom, only light cooking decided to give it a try before i sign up the package, the cleaner reached my place on time but she is very young and lack of experience, she spend more than 2 hours to clean kitchen, only surface, she didnt wipe the cabinet door with clean cloths so the door leave with a lot of mark of cleaning solution, i need to point it out and asked her to wipe another round with clean cloth, after kitchen, she left around 1.5 hours to clean 2 bathroom and floor, so the bathroom not well clean. overall, not recommended.
