Stay away from this dishonest service provider. Terribly bad in providing information to customers. Tried to buy a new card, chose for $10 value, Inserted a $50 and expected change. However it didn't respect customer's choice of $10 value and provided a $50 value. 1. Its ridiculous to have the option to choose but it can't give you back the change in case you don't have the exact change. 2. It doesn't respect customer's choice to provide the right value that is being asked for. 3. Called the hotline and was informed that the management doesn't accept refund in such case. And they already had several cases like this And so it happens again. What does it want to say to its customers with this type of explanation? That its strategy is for continual refusal to do more to warn customers and it is more than happy to forcefully "trap" customers and leaves them with no choice but continues to use this laundry service unethically.

so far, the machine is okay and also my clothes after washes, it dried up quite fast. after using dryer, my clothes has dried. the machine is easy to use. i base on the instruction on the wall to follow the step easier. however, doing laundry, need patience to refer through before start using it! it works to be honest!
