Finally I had the chance to eat this Thai stall near my house. I made a trip to try their dishes but to my disappointment they did not offer the omelette with crab meat. They claimed it was sold out. So I switched to crayfish tanghoon. Although on the menu they didn't claim it was their recommended dish, I decided to give it a try. Tanghoon was delicious with savoury taste and the portion was huge. The pork lard was abundant but not crispy. It smelt stale. The crayfish turned out to be "meh". I took the first bite and it had sand. It didn't seem to be cleaned properly and the gut was still visible on the crayfish. The main stall at Holland previously had some issue with food cleaniness that caused food poisoning. It was on the news. They should practise caution when comes to food hygiene and cleaniness, especially dealing with shellfish and seafood as they may contain toxins. Given all of the above, the price was relatively expensive as the crayfish was a disappointment. I suggest that people should eat with caution and judge critically when comes to food hygiene. * Side note: chili is tasted spicy and sour. But is it a good cover for the crayfish?

2nd purchase of this teochew & thai taste cockles. Delicious and definitely worth the price ??

Newly renovated coffeeshop. Lots of good food. But the cockles were overcooked that day.... I prolly might give it another chance... just one more...

My second visit to kin hoi in different outlet . Abit sad when I came here two times for the crab omelet but its not available. But the other food is 100% to taste ! Remember to order their two flavour cockles ! And also their honey pork

I've been patronising the Holland stall since 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the Jurong stall doesn't live up to the good name of Kin Hoi. Other tang hoon crayfish, and the crayfish isn't fresh and is too dry. Hope they can do better next time. And yeah, I have been to your Holland stall couple of times since it was started, and have chatted with the male owner before. Don't worry lah, I understand F&B business, especially for fresh seafood, can be a little hit and miss on days as there could be so many dependencies. What I would like to say is: jiayu jiayu!

Ordered their Thai honey grilled pork with blue rice. ? And I’ve added an egg for additional $1. I love the grilled pork! It’s soft and sweet! And all the flavours are retained in the meat, making it juicy and tender! The chilli sauce is good too! ? *They also accept CDC voucher so you can utilise it here!

Hits n Misses! 1st time here at Kin Hoi, after reading so much rave reviews on social media. Ordered the following dishes (dine in for 2 pax during lunch time). 1) Blood Cockles, Half Shell Half Half (2 flavours) @ $19.00 ? - overrated and disappointed as the cockles are too well-cooked and tasted "dry" as compared to authentic street food cockles in Thailand; very pricey considering the small-sized cockles and small portions 2) Plain Tang Hoon @ $8.00 ? - generous portion and savoury, reminds me of the authentic ?? street food; however $8.00 for plain tang hoon without any ingredients is a bit pricey! 3) Thai Honey Grilled Pork @ $12.00 ?? - highly Recommended; $12.00 for a medium portion for 2 pax Verdict: quite expensive for the portions, and considering it's inside a non-aircon HDB food court (coffee shop)... ?
