★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a fix price for all the services stated for good accountability. I went to clean one feather cushion, which costs $20 including cushion cover, not sure about the price elsewhere. The collection period given is near to one week. However, when I said it is a bit too long, the uncle tending the counter immediately said will contact me if it is done earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to wash a 3kg duvet with water. Contacted them on Facebook and they were very responsive. They picked up the item on Saturday morning and returned it on Tuesday afternoon (one day earlier than the scheduled Wednesday afternoon). The price is very good, too. Overall I'm very pleased with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially a bit let down because when I arrived at 10:10 am, it appeared shuttered down. After waiting 10 minutes though, luckily, someone came to open the door.
When I brought these white pants in, they were marked with lipstick stains and brown/yellow marks from a rainy day 3 days ago. The guy behind the desk said that he wasn’t sure if the lipstick stains could come out.
4 stars because of $3 price tag and the rain stains coming out. Lipstick stains unfortunately did not.

if you want to dry clean something expensive, this is not the place.
