★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service, especially given that they have a sign informing customers they close at 8pm, and upon arriving there at 7.50pm, I encountered a most unhelpful and rude person who did her best to turn me away, claiming that the advertised closing time is merely for 'customers to see'. Notwithstanding the fact that I had no idea what sort of reason that was - as it made no sense - her manner was brusque, rude, and clearly resentful of the fact that I was keeping her from going home 10 minutes earlier. They also overcharge for standard black and white document print-outs. If you are desperate, by all means go there at the risk of being treated appallingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent in an enquiry for passport photo taking. The response I got was rude, patronising and smacks of poor customer service. I have since taken my business elsewhere that got the job done faster, cheaper and with much better attitude. Places like this one do not deserve support of customers and you have much better options elsewhere for passport photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst copy shop that I’ve encountered in my life. When you enter the store, the woman at the counter treats you as unfriendly as it gets. Almost had the impression that I’m disturbing her with my presence. Hidden in small font are the magical prices. Turns out that printing and scanning a few pages (20ish) is charged with S$50. Seems reasonable. Recommend under no circumstances to support this shop.
