He went through the extra mile to lead me to the carpark and help me to look out for my husband’s car . And he is very caring making sure that I don’t fall on the way down from the stairway. He provides helpful, caring and excellent service which we seldom experience from elsewhere nowadays. Thank you Alex !? Take Care and stay safe ??

The staff didn't even bother to help provide resolution. But instead arguing with me for almost 1 hour!! I was coming with my kids supposed to enjoy the visit and ended up come out so frustrated and mad with their customer service!! What a waste of time for coming to this shop!! Will never ever going to pet lovers again!!

His haircut is exactly how I want it and L is comforting to Sirius. Sirius is very anxious and he is able to sit through an entire grooming without issue. Thank you for taking care of Sirius monthly guys ❤️??

Charlie, their groomer did an excellent job for my puppy haircut and everything was according to my request as well! As my puppy has a sensitive skin, their pet consultant and retail staff taught and gave me suggestions on how to take care and what should be refrain from my little one. In summary, the visit to the pets lover@ great world city has been an ecstatic and knowledgeable trip. Thank you daisy, Nicholas and Charlie. Will definitely going back there next month again!

Brought back for it to be certified ( by their PCC or vet) to be free of mites or flea before I bring it back as I have a 3 and 10 year old children. The centre refused to provide any written memo it’s free from pest. Only a verbal assurance that it was examined by their pet centre consultancy that it is pest-free . Its customer service even sent an email ultimatum that I have to take back the pet or report myself as pet abandonment, if he has a family, would he do so ? If I want to abandon the pet, would I do it at the centre ? I replied sending an article on lemon law. Buy at your peril and do ensure that the contract includes the above. I used to think this is a reputable shop.
