★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next to Raffles mrt Station, a food court at the basement. There's aguardian and 7eleven on level 1. Level 2 have clinic, hair salon, opticians, fashion and stationery shop. Office lobby on level 2 right at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an old building but generally well maintained. The car park is well lighted. However, the car park slopes and corners are very very narrow. Parking here is fine for experienced drivers. Just have to drive slowly and carefully. Parking here is NOT for newbie drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot find exact "operational" lift in the carpark to the shopping level. Most lifts in level 3 carpark are "under maintenance" , so you have to walk around in the stuffy and humid carpark.
Also, it amaze me why the exit ERP style carpark system still need to tap on the reader. HDB carpark system are more high tech then this Clifford centre .

At level one and two, there are some clinics, Guardians, some stationary shops, food outlets, 7/11, McDonald’s, ordinary place to visit.
Car parking here is a bit narrow and a bit challenging

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to award five stars since we can still find cheapest and great quality coffee and tea right in the middle of financial centre. The building is one of the oldest but the people are friendly.
