★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is reasonable per hour for a simple gamer like myself to enjoy myself. I have only encountered two problems during my multiple visits to this cafe, and both times the staff was very helpful in remedying the situation. Overall, equipment is great, feels good, and just makes me happy to be in there. 10/10. Fun times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda expensive if you wanna go with more people, PCs often lag and stutter. Will continue to go to the cafe in Peace centre, closeby, it's much better in my opinion.

In the past the computer use to be laggy but now after the revamp of the place the computer is not lagging. Bought my mouse there to use can use well cus not use to there big mouse(need to plug out the there mouse there B4 USING YOUR OWN MOUSE)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long time visitor to Clique at Parklane.
However, the staff on duty is too inflexible and the staff is insinuating that single customers are not welcome.
He will rather not allocate seats if you come alone and save them for a larger group of 2 or 3 even if there is free space available because of "he will have difficulty arranging groups if they do come".
Customer (me) is here already, he should have served the customer. Not wait for imaginary customers who have not reserved nor arrived and reject the customer. Poor service leave a bad taste.
If there was a competitor i'll be sure to ditch Clique for their poor service, but Chambers has closed for awhile now and it just happens that there are no better choices in that area for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mouse, keyboard, headset and couch all felt really icky. As if the equipment don't get cleaned at all. The computer lags. I tried plugging in and using my own mouse but it didn't even pick up my mouse (logitech g pro wireless) usb. The staff at the counter was also rude, ask him 1 question he alrd annoyed, he also seemed annoyed while we registering js cause we took slightly longer? lmao. Overall terrible experience and will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pc was good and the sitting and set up was amazing, price is decent however, worker there extremely bad, I want to change payment method because it was easier, the guy ‘tch’ me like I making such a hassle from him, he also talk very arrogant one like I making him do so much, the keyboard and mouse, seats and headset were uncleaned. It was a ok and horrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my headphones at the shop and only realized it when I reached home an hour later at 530 am. I panicked and called them, surprisingly they picked up and assisted immediately to contact the staff at the shop to check for me. Within 10 min I was sent a photo of my headphones and they told me that I could come down the next day to pick it up. Very satisfied with how helpful they were ??
