1. Was been charged $80 on cleaning service yet we as a customer still have to tie and throw the trash bag ourselves.
2. Their service hotline is useless. Hardly anyone answer the phone at all.
3. On the actual day itself, staff does not know how to operate their own karaoke system at all. Expect customer to figure out themselves.
4. Slow on response. Constantly need to keep chasing them for update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cloud9 new space at Oxley Bizhub is great!!!! ??? Just had our advance CNY gathering last week before my family fly out to Australia. The facilities were enjoyable, many games to play with and easy to navigate Popsical Karaoke system. Also would like to comment on the prompt replies and great service arranging the catering and clear checking in/out process. Looking forward to booking my next event with the team in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend hosted a surprise birthday party for her fiancé at their new location at Oxley bizhub. Totally different concept from the Jalan Kilang’s venue. Double storeys setting with an upgraded KTV system that connects to your smart phone. There is even a private game room with ps4 inside. Very friendly team and even helped us with the cleanup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hosted my 23rd birthday party there recently. This place has everything that i needed. The person in charge was very patient and even assisted to re-arrange the furnitures. My guests find the place very entertaining. There was even a mahjong table to keep my aunties and uncles entertained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hosted our children camp here during the school holiday. The kids were very entertained that they didn’t want to go home as there were so many amenities available. The team were very friendly and helpful. Hassle free check in and checkout. The place is clean as well.

Totally love the place, it’s very clean and neat, especially the ktv system with all the new songs available. Their staff are very friendly too. Highly recommended to all the people who is looking for a chill and nice space to host your party.
