The blinds were also well-protected by the installation team while my unit was undergoing renovation and painting works. Last but not least, the customer service was great. Amanda was responsive, service-oriented, reliable and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice motorised blind. The people at Ecohaus are very friendly and provided We have to fix a little strip of cloth to block out sun in the gap between the two blinds. However, this more the fault of our HDB flat window placements. The blinds are fantastic. The so-called Korean blinds are versatile. It has a day and night setting that lets in light. On day setting, people in common corridor cannot see inside the home through the sheer strips unless they have their face right against the window. Smooth and easy to align the blackout with the sheer. The comfy motor is bit loud but not overbearingly.

They were most patient with my many requests and were both knowlegeable and creative in solving my various issues. Their team of installers were also very experienced and precise. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very smooth experience with the entire team, from start to end. The communication with sales staff was very efficient, flexible, and polite (particularly Ms. Iris). The site engineer (Mr. Errol) was punctual, friendly, and professional. The technicians who did the installation delivered a truly white-glove service. They paid attention to the detail, were very careful to avoid dents, scratches or leave any form of dirt or smudges behind. The job was up to my standards (which I admit are hard to meet) and 2 weeks since I got my zip-blinds installed, they work just great. Thanks, Team. I'll surely recommend you to my friends.
