Extremely terrible experience. The China middle aged woman receptionist lacks local knowledge of insurance claims, is a loud, rude and nosy person who lies. I'm surprised that with the service standards we have in Singapore, this kind of person are allowed. Even though I have partial responsibility in this incident occurred, I will never want to ever step foot in there again once everything ends. Was there for treatment due to sprained and injured ankle, doctor wrote it as treatment for lower backache and refuses to write me a memo, stating that his memory couldn't serve him well to remember the incident on that 2 treatment days thus unable to provide memo. Recept pushed for tuina package for my ankle treatment, only to deny and lie that she didn't later on, adding on that it is my own fault for not indicating that I want to claim from insurance else she would not have pushed for package, super contradicting with her own words and evidence of trying to shrek responsibility. Was super nosy on providing me a duplicate receipt for insurance claims even though my claim amount was not overlapping. Told her in an unsatified manner that I want to change to treatment and appointment instead, she yell at me saying, "Come tomorrow instead, I'm off work now and officially closed!"
