Very bad service, this is my first time to come definitely will be the last time. Come with my child waiting 2 hours plus the ppl come late than us also got the priority in front of us. Dun know how they arrange

Nurses at front counter abit air head. Waited 2 hrs to see doc, Doc Goh keep on insist to take blood test and ART to earn more. After see doc, wasted more than 1hr to get medicine. Medical fee not cheap either.

Saw Dr. Martyn Gostelow a few times for ART / PCR test and regular checkup. He is very patient, detailed yet efficient.

Very bad attitude nurses. I know the number of patients is high, but your attitude is terrible. We waited so long and you asked us to go see the free medical clinic. Seriously, terrible attitude nurses. Unacceptable. After waiting so long, the nurses then realised that another patient went in wrongly in replacement of us, after scolding us! Terrible.

Service here is beyond ridiculous. My father visited the clinic on a Tues for a consult & dengue test, and was told the results would come back the next day. Come Thurs, the clinic still hadn’t contacted him so he called them himself - only to hear that the results are ready, but they need him to return to the clinic for his consulting doctor to explain the results. Except that the doctor wasn’t in that day and they told him to come back on SUNDAY, 5 whole days later. He requested for another doctor but they told him to refer back to the same doctor. Is this what you charge patients $97 for a dengue test for - to wait 5 days to hear back?? Ridiculousness didn’t stop there because on Sunday: > Clinic called him half an hour before his appt to say his consulting doctor wasn’t in, asked him to postpone the appt > Only after my dad insisted, they ended up appointing a locum doctor (also proving another doc could've easily delivered the results? lol.) > Even though he had an appt, they still made him join the queue and stand outside the clinic to wait. I can’t think of a plausible explanation as to why: > A patient needs to wait 5 days for a simple dengue test result > Clinic still wanted to extend the wait because of their own irresponsibility. Highly unlikely the clinic wasn’t aware the doctor wasn’t going to be in on the morning itself, so why didn’t you call the patient the day before? Even if they had called the patient the minute they knew, why didn’t they proactively offer another doctor? At that point the patient had waited 5 whole days and still hadn’t recovered. Unless the clinic only has ONE doctor qualified enough to explain a dengue test result?? Or they are blatantly disregarding a patient’s health? There is a good reason why there are so many bad reviews here. The clinic also has a reputation amongst the neighbourhood for dismally slow waiting times, lack of seating for patients and being super inflexible. Their prices are definitely not low too. So basically… redeeming qualities: NIL.

I had very mild symptoms (slight sore throat) when I first self-tested ART positive on Saturday, so I didn't seek professional medical help but self-medicate with paracetamol and lozenges. However, the symptoms proliferated with more coughing and phelgm today (Day 3), so I decided to see a doctor. Dr Martyn Gostelow was very nice, attentive and swift. He performed the swab test on me without any discomfort. He listened to what I have to say about my condition for the past two days and looked through the medication that I used to self-medicate. He also went through the new medication that he was prescribing me thoroughly. I truly appreciate that! Thank you so much!

Reached in the early morning and waited for more than 2 hours to get into the consultation room (total 3 hours of waiting with the medicine). I saw most of the people that were queueing behind me during the registration has already received their medicine, while I’m still waiting for my turn to get called in for the consultation. Arrived earlier for nothing. When I asked when would be my turn, the receptionist said I need to wait for those made an appointment first and asked me to wait for another 25 minutes max. Waited in pain as per advised but still no further action done until I complained to one of the receptionist. The worst time management ever. Do not recommend

Had a very pleasant experience with Dr Martyn Gostelow. Was a first timer at the clinic and was really impressed at how he handled patients swiftly. He was the only one working that day so i could understand the wait. He also made sure to book my next appointment so that I didnt have to wait the next time. Such a super nice doctor. Receptionist was also a lady wearing black glasses super nice and friendly.
