The Chinese aunt who is in the registration desk is super rude. This kind of people shouldnt be working in a healthcare settings.no professionalism and empathy to sick people. The service is super slow.

went there during covid times and the nurse didn’t tell me i was suppose to do a health declaration form so i waited there for about a good 30 minutes, is it common sense to do a declaration form? if it is then i won’t blame the nurse but she should at least tell the patients that they have to do a health declaration form, if not some elderly don’t know and they have to waste their time waiting, i don’t like the nurse attitude too

i have been to this clinic when im young but well… apparently when my parents went to this clinic, the young male doctor is just acting pretty rude, arrogant and racist… says words like “we only do appointments for locals, not you foreigners” and when my parents are describing what are unwell with them, he just ignores everything and give that rude “im the doctor im always right” attitude. thats just make this whole clinic very silly and unprofessional. dont bother coming to this olace anymore..

The only thing worth giving a star is for the young lady behind the registration desk. She carefully explain to me on Q i ask her and was patient with me when i was not able to get my Company Card details for payment. The female Doc and elderly lady behind are really a bad vibe and gives me a negative experience.

A selfless and approachable doctor. Friendly, polite and humble staff. Small yet a straightforward clinic. Very clean and neat place. Declaration sample forms pasted on Doctors’ room door and side of the reception counter with a QR code. There is no way people can miss the declaration as it’s right in-front or at the side of the reception right beside the bench! All we have to do is to scan the QR code, fill up the form with our particulars and submit it. Then, they call you accordingly. If you have a Chas card, pass it to reception and wait. Once she has registered you, she will call your name, pass you back the Chas card with queue number. The announcement is loud and clear. After seeing doctor, receptionist will call your name and explain to you about the medicine and payment. Dr Cynthia is a very careful and concerned doctor whom I’ve been seeing since 2018 for many conditions. Though precise, she gives the best consultation. She is a very commendable doctor. 2 years back when I was diagnosed with Bells’ Palsy- It’s a stroke condition. I was very upset and depressed. 50% of my body parts weakened and very painful. My parents & I consulted Dr. Cynthia’s clinic and saw her. It’s the best guidance that you can get from a doctor who cares so much of her patients. She even consulted from her other doctor friends for my condition. I heartily felt that she went the extra mile explaining to me about my conditions and told me I’m young not to worry so much, just follow up with the treatment, they will give me therapy and it will get better while doing that she wrote in a referral letter. Even though we kept asking her about the diagnosis, she explained thoroughly. She even informed me if not sure can contact her and ask her. Though I was very worried about myself, it was her encouragement that comfort me and made me follow up with the treatment. Earlier today I went to see doctor to get medications. She was there. I was very happy to see her. She enquired about my previous conditions. Now I’m fully recovered and am very happy. Her suggestions and recommendations from years have been & is very beneficial to my family and myself. Thank you very much Doctor. I would like to include that there is only 5 stars if can I will add more stars to the clinic, the doctors and staff for their wonderful service. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone out there but I would also like to add that this is private clinic if you can’t wait atleast 30mins for your consultation kindly don’t waste your time you can visit any other clinics.

Based on my last visit which is on the 5th June 2022, what I observed today was really beyond my expectations. There's one indian lady who I assume was the nurse for the clinic. I saw her took an ART nasal swab to one of your clinic client. After she did the ART test for the client, she did not dispose her Personal Protective Equipment and did not do the basic 7 step hand rub . I believe there's a more proper way of handling the Covid 19 situation seriously. Even didn't bother to handrub, she just took out her face shield and put aside and began to pack other clients medication. She did not adhere to Infection Prevention Control standards. Due to her negligence, other clients could be infected. In future, I hope that the staff's of the clinic could be more attentive, take responsibility and be more serious in this covid 19 situation although we are at a endemic stage. They should be aware of the IPC procedure, gown up and degown accordingly to the IPC standards. After what I saw, I told a Chinese lady nurse that I didn't want to see the doctor. I have to leave as for the safety of my children's. If there's an auditor to audit this clinic, I suppose this clinic would get their license revoked. My previous visit with the doctor was really good. There's no complain about the doctor but only the staff's were not compliance with the Covid 19 regulations.

Very thoughtful clinic and good doctors be it the lady or man both are very good. They are very concerned about patients conditions and give suggestions. I always think that most doctors want to earn money here they help you to save cost . Reception old or young all same very humble and polite . Thank you ? Highly recommended clinic.
