β β β β β Bad experience with this company. Staff did not reply email but pushing the responsibility to customer not following up for clearance. And use the goods to threaten customer to bear the cost due to the mistake.

β β β β β CMS is a cheating and fraud company , CMS will Send the email notification with unwanted images, virus and spam , then email will go to your spam list, but you never notice that ,CMS keep silent and few days or moths later they will come and ask you to pay a big amount

β β β β β Paid money for delivery to my doorstep and the delivery man called to say he will only deliver to level 1 as my lifts cannot fit any pallet. What rubbish is this? Never ever use them.

β β β β β Worst logistics company ever, it is important to choose a forwarder that is on top of things and FOLLOWS up thoroughly otherwise you will be overcharged (which happened in my case) and if you want to dispute they threaten with storage charges. I was unfortunate to be handled by Benjamin from CMS. Had to call and pester them so many times then he replies. On top of that their charges are OVERPRICED and above market rate not to mention their importer that is totally useless. Do not use, you will have better luck somewhere else. NOT worth the stress or trouble considering the high price you are already paying.
