Am providing review on behalf of a friend who underwent a horrific experience with a person in charge (Zan?). Basically Zan was very unprofessional in how she delayed providing the quotation (received only after goods arrived in Singapore) and not being clear about when delivery would be made and what are the items chargeable. And also had to endured her constant and unreasonable mood-swings and yelling at my friend who was just trying to understand the process better. Finally, on the day of delivery Zan arranged for 2 very senior folks (looked like above 70 years old) to deliver the items and they even lost 1 of the item in transit on the road! When my friend asked Zan for compensation of the item, she brushed my friend aside and even claimed that my friend would get nothing even if they sue her at Small Claims. Such audacity! Overall a horrific experience in dealing with this company and the person. My friend realised that this company was also not the most price competitive one around, but didn't want to change mid-way only to restart the entire process. So for the folks who are looking at using this company, please look at others first. Just leaving this review to help others avoid the same horrific experience that my poor friend had to go through.
