Sent 5 pairs of shoes for rubber sole installation / repairs, all done in a week. Customer service was fast and responsive, workmanship on the shoes are good.

Purchased new sapphire leather insoles for my ultraboost, comes with arch support and feels very comfortable. Also had previous experience with leather insoles from CNES for my NMD. Somehow leather insoles feels much more comfortable compared to conventional insoles and its much more lasting. Also can switch insoles to other shoes anytime. Definitely worth at least 1 purchase. ?

An old sentimental pair of prada trainers would be in the bin now were it not for the expert service given to repair. Polite, courteous and professional. Thoroughly recommended

My experience with this company has been really sad, which is a shame because they make some great shoes! I ordered a pair of loafers and shoe lasts, the loafers arrived and are beautiful. I had to wait MONTHS for the lasts, over 6 months to be precise. I was happy to do this and very patient but when they eventually arrived they were the wrong colour and missing a logo. I reached out to try and resolve this, even so far as offering to buy the lasts i'd received in addition to getting the ones i'd ordered to save them the cost of returning the incorrect lasts. Unfortunately, correspondance with the company has been sparce at best and i have currently been waiting 3 weeks for a response to no avail. I really have given CNES EVERY oppurtunity here but i feel as if i've been given no choice but to resort to leaving feedback. At this point i am holding out little hope of a resolution and i don't think i will be as generous going forward with any correspondance. Only reason for not giving a 1 star is that the shoes arrived and are lovely. Update 23/06/22: the correct lasts have at long last been delivered and are excellent. Slight nick in the wood but overall happy with the quality. The edit won’t allow me to upload a photo so I have uploaded it separately on ‘photos’ if anyone would find it useful to see. CNES have redeemed themselves in my eyes and I will give them another shot in the future. Great products.

Got a pair of loafers and also had vibram half sole installation done. Great shoes at this price point. Only some minor imperfections in the dye job for the uppers but still great quality at this price range. Wonderful service too.

CNES did an amazing job repairing my shoes. They turned my super worn-out old sandals into a brand new one. So much attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Got the sole protector on my boots replaced, installed toe taps and got the leather heels refurbished. Job was well done, friendly and knowledgeable customer service rep. Hope to make a new pair of shoes with you guys someday. Highly recommended!
