Great ambience. Service staffs was awesome, always very attentive to your needs. Friendly and polite. Ample food for your buffets.

Food is good. 4 star because it is quite expensive. Mala Xiang Guo taste good and very fragrance. But is too much to finish with the buffet steamboat. Our 4 soup base are tomyam, tomato, collagen and hua diao jiu. Tomyam is sour and lack of spiciness. Tomato is my favourite. A bit of sour very refreshing. Collagen is kind of salty and Hua Diao Jiu is as it's name speaks with abit of saltiness too. Lobster is small. Some with firm meat and others with lumpy texture. Wasnt consistent. Cockle is big and crunchy. Very nice!! I dont think there're a lot of variety to choose from. But for the price I'll rather go to a zhi char stall and have more things to eat. Lol ?

First time I had buffet lunch in this store and would say food was superb and servings of each menu were huge. I should say worth the price paid and made me satisfied not only in food and of there staff service as well. Highly recommended!

Quite costly, about 36++ per person for lunch buffet (only 1 soup base). Bought using the chope vouchers and paid about 63 for 2 pax. Seafood is worth it but the soup base is normal. Prawns are not so fresh, average hotpot.

Sorry for the one star but their service really not up to standard with the price charged. Only one senior waitress is paying attention to the customer. The rest of waiter is like didn’t really care?! Service bell is damage and we raise our hand ask for our items for like more than 15 mins, waiter on floor no one come to attend. And when we ask to serve our drink and ice cream, the waiter didn’t even ask what flavour do we want just make the choice for us?! Food wise generally ok, good ambiance too, but service really cmi and price is expensive, buffet 53++ but additional 8+ / pax for drink, other soup and dessert. I personally don’t find it worth lah

I am going to be very straight to the point on this review. Not unhappy don't get me wrong, one of the older female staff which we find is probably the most polite and customer service oriented in this COCA SUNTEC outlet. Location is ok. Ambience is awesome. Seat arrangement (2 to 5 pax) is good and neat. Food is ok, generally above average except the prawn is not so fresh due to shells sticking to prawn meat. Service sucks to the max, am not even comparing to hdl. But based on the price we pay, we'd expect more and not totally no attention or hard to get. Bell is spoilt and i said to a junior staff who has no reaction and has to wait till i about to leave then i say to senior staff then she apologize. Generally out of 10 requests, only 2 caught their attention to serve us. Not sure is it cause we took the buffet package which is cheaper? Anyway thought of bringing my mum here for celebration next fri 17/12 initially after the ambience but guess will drop the idea. Go novena square hdl better.. Their ice cream east meet west not bad. If they continue their service standard and quality, no way they can get repeated customers imo. Good night.

Nice ambience with great view. Good service, new grill and grill menu are good additions. Even more variety than before. Look at the lobsters! I'm glad I chose the premium buffet. Also, east meet west is sooo good. Highly recommend!

This was probably my last time visiting this eatery. I've heard that COCA, a restaurant serving Thai steamboat, is quite well-liked. I arrived during lunchtime and was informed that dining time was 1.5 hours. Only three of the tables were filled. We noticed that many dishes were sold out. Formerly part of the buffet, some dishes now require additional charges. Can you imagine paying $5 for a cup of Thai milk tea which is smaller than illustration To conclude 1. Price didn’t justify the food selection 2. Not all item are buffet items, you have to pay extra money on top of your buffet price 3. Not a lot of food selection 4. Quite a number of items are SOLD OUT 5. Staff weren’t friendly
