L	L Poh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ingredients were fresh, but not as crispy like before. Rice was also alittle scattered and little. At 6pm, theres no more chawamushi for add-on, and also ran out of high ball. The truffle kohaku was also not available. The menu itself is already limited, let alone all these unavailable items. Its been a while since I visited, and I think the service and food could do so much better like in the beginning.

Perhaps they have changed the menu as they do not have that Tendon with the fresh fish bits that was featured in the photos. Batter was not light as expected for a japanese tempura but rather more cakey like the standard fare for a food court stall. What is good is the portion size that makes the price reasonable in that view. I do hope they work on the batter to be more Japanese to fit the theme.

In my opinion the signature original bowl is much netter than the truffle one... Nonetheless a decent bowl of goodness but would visit Tendon Ginza Itsuki if I really craved a tendon (the taste is much cleaner and flavourful).

Plus, food tasted delicious enough for me to return for a second visit. However, you will need to give yourself extra time buffet if you decide to dine here as they seemed to be always tight with manpower. An hour and half for a total dining experience should be suffice. ?
