S	Soan Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good crowd, nice starter dishes. Grilled Wagyu beef - a nice portion at promo price. Smoke duck salad, sizeable portion. The composition of the sauce was perfect for the salad. The escargots baked with the button mushrooms in olive oil and herbs were moist and delicious. The grilled tiger prawns were good, but the size a little too small though The house wine were good enough to go with our food

Maybe the steak was too flat and can’t really verify the pink center of a medium rare when cut open. I like the grilled squid although it’s slightly burnt at the front. Enjoyed the squid more than the steak. Both dishes came with beverage and soup. But we felt that the $70 bill wasn’t very satisfying. Overall dining experience was fine and came here because we witnessed a queue many times.
T	Toms Arackal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to have a quick bite. We ordered from their 30% off menu -A grilled Salmon and a steak with tiger prawns. The food was just okay. The steak was done medium well, but almost tasted like well done and was a bit difficult to chew, the tiger prawns was not fresh and it was too tiny. The grilled salmon was good. The highlight was the mushroom soup which was delicious. The drinks that we ordered milk tea and orange lemon, were also quite ok. All of this will set you back by about SGD 60.
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were seated very promptly even though restaurant was quite crowded. Surprisingly Food was served very quickly which we were very thankful for! Carbonara came with sunny side up. Didn’t expect that, but good surprise. Chick chop and Ribeye were nice, but could have been served hotter. Delicious seafood rice and sweet potatoes waffle fries were served hot and freshly out from kitchen. Happy with these. Kids were happy to have food served quickly as they were very hungry. So I’ll keep this in mind, good option for hungry days!
k	karin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was exceptional. Excellent!!! Super worth the price! Never disappoints. Wagyu burger was excellent, it's the literal definition of juicy, tenderness. I don't think I've ever tasted burger so juicy and literally flavourful to the max. The salad tasted really good too, with really good sauces paired with each dish. The fish was the right degree of crisp, and of pretty big portion. Food comes in pretty big portions so you might want to share if you're a small eater. Queues are long but ultimately worth it. Prices are just right. Staff service is pretty good, swift and quick. Ambience is pretty top tier and luxurious. Highly recommend! Must try.

Extremely attentive and polite, they made sure that we were well taken care of. Chose the mixed grilled meats which I felt was very value for money. It came with a smoky sausage, fried calamari, half rack of delicious ribs, fried fish in batter (tasted fresh with no fishy smell), half fried chicken (slightly dry and over cooked), coleslaw, french fries (I was amazed that it stayed crunchy throughout my whole meal), some corn, some salad that tasted like it had orange juice squeezed over it and some kinda dip. I had a awesome late lunch experience here. Their blueberry cheesecake and vanilla ice cream was also not too bad, just to complete the experience!

The mixed grill is what I've ordered and considering the portions in addition to the right amount of juiciness and tenderness for the chicken chop, pork chop and sausage, I was delighted to pair it with the cheesy sliced potato and small bowl of boiled vegetables. the service was also friendly and prompt at every moment, always checking up on us if we needed any assistance. Warm water cost 50 cents so take note. Without the 30% deal would I still have dined at Collins? Sure. With the deal? Definitely. Update: tried their rib eye beef medium rare. Tried their truffle mushroom soup set. Amazing.
S	Scottz Lip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very average. Food is nice. Pizza was not available on the menu but server did not inform customers until the order was to be taken. Would have been professional to inform customers what items were not available on the menu. Servers lack basic courtesy in their correspondence with customers. It’s a good restaurant brand and I hope Collins do better. Service recovery at a later part of our lunch experience by the manager (Ms Coco) was great. Training for younger staff needs to be done to achieve consistent standards of service.
