โ โ โ โ โ The Nonya cuisine is quite good and being a no frill type of restaurant so the price is kept affordable and with no service charges. The set comes with 1 main and 2 sides makes for a good balance and choices are reasonably good without being too many. Definitely a good place for lunch or dinner for 2.

โ โ โ โ โ I like that idea of their menu, stick to only few options of the main course, side dishes and dessert. Allowed you to do own matching and yet easy to control the good food quality. Fast serving of food as all the food are pre-made. I had order the Ayam Buah Keluak set, I think its not bad at all. Will try the others for my next visit.

โ โ โ โ โ When it's dinner time and the shop doesn't have a crowd, you might suspect something is off. Nevertheless, never try, never know and decided to give it a chance.
I ordered the set meals and the best of the lot was the beef rendang. The other main dishes were not up to par. Dessert - Chendol and Gula Melaka Sago was pretty good but it isn't enough to save the experience.
The worst thing to have happened was when asked about the food. Didn't want to embarrass the establishment our pax said OK but I commented that the rice portion was too small. The person who asked for feedback just shrugged her shoulders and said to tell it to her bosses and walked off. I would tell it to the bosses if they are there but if she solicitated for a feedback, she should take it with sincerity.
Not worth the price and would go across the road at KINEX basement for Daisy's Dream instead where the food is of a good standard and more affordable.

Choices of Ayam Kleo, Ayam Sio, Babi Pongtay, Nyonya Pork Ribs, Sambal Sotong, Sambal Ikan, Ikan Garam Assam and of course the quintessential Ayam Buak Keluak for the sets.
The menu which allows you to order sets for the individual. Therefore, you can have an entire rice meal with main, two side dishes, a drink and dessert for a price of $10 to $15.
This is considered very affordable, as Peranakan dishes are typically priced higher up due to intensive labour and time needed to cook.
Service is good, and the food serving is proportion and taste great. Will definitely dine again.
