Best to have your meals b4 going there. Nearest canteen is quite a distance and not much choice. Ideally to dine comfort in your car first. If you brought lunch there and they will not allow you to eat there but outside the building. I decided to discarded my package lunch.

Big company with a terrible overall customer service system. This was listed as 1 of the 6 ComfortDelgro Engineering authorized motor accident reporting centres / workshops under Great Eastern. I drove down to Sungei Kadut outlet, closed down but the place was still listed as active on Google Maps. That's okay, I called the helpline and was told to drive down to Pandan Road repair centre as they deal with both private vehicles and taxis. Drove all the way down to Pandan Road in my damaged car only to find out from the front desk staff that they don't service private cars here, only taxis. The accident report can be done here but who drives a damaged car out all the way to Pandan Road just the fill out a report?! The front desk told me to drive to the Braddell outlet to get those 2 things done. Pandan Road to Braddell, please see the distance! In summary: I drove all the way from Sungei Kadut to Pandan Road only to find out that the Braddell outlet was the only place that can do servicing and reporting. Go fly kite better. I went straight down to Wah Hong Motors & Credit PTE LTD and their service and overall experience was 100x better than ComfortDelgro. If that were the case, I wouldn't have considered going to ComfortDelgro in the first place because it was inconvenient for me. Do yourself a favour, update your outlet details and delist the outlets that do not fulfil repairs and reporting on the authorized motor accident reporting centres / workshops list. You are wasting EVERYBODY'S TIME!!!
