★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidentally hit my wing mirror and dislodged the electrical piece & couldn’t fit it back . I took my car to the Toyota Bodycare office this morning. I noticed there were only 2 agents at the counter and about 5 people ahead of me . I told myself this is going to be a long wait ! After about 45 mins i was attended to by a Francis ( i did not get his last name ) . He accompanied me to my car and proceeded to fix the problem himself . I was pleasantly surprised he was doing it . It took him all of 5 mins to fix the problem and refused any tip for his help . Thank you Francis and kudos to Toyota for well
trained staff ! Keep up the good work ! ???

Inclusive of tyres change it was a great service from Mr Hermanzi as he follow up with the details of the servicing that was carried out.
