★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time here if you have recordings. I tried to report an accident and I was told that the person-in-charge was on leave. And the staff proceeded to give me a form for filling up - with no guidance given on how to describe the accident or the damage. The biggest joke of all: when I mentioned I have video files of the accident in a USB drive, they told me that they cannot read USB drives. I offered to upload the files to a file sharing service or Google Drive and that was also not accepted.
