I had visited the shop 3 times before I made the decision to place order for a 3-seater (2 recliners). Kent was patient and was able to respond to my queries even though he was very busy. Nurul helped by passing my message to Kent so that he could call me back as soon as he could. Kent even took the trouble to flip the sofa over and initiate a video call to show me its underlying structure, so as to answer my query. I would like to thank Kent for rendering good customer service. Hope that the sofa to be delivered would be as good and per what I had experienced at the showroom.

Bought dining table and chairs from Comfy, which Kent had patiently showed us the various options and even gave us some advices. Appreciate the “space” given to let us consider our options without any hard selling as well. Happy with the service :)

I went into Comfy, expecting to window shop for a normal sofa. I ended getting a recliner sofa - Comfy Irene. The sales person, Kent, has been patiently responding to my questions about the foam cushion density, pressure, warranty, delivery, pictures of the sofa, and to the length of the wire cable. My family also joined me in subsequent visit to test and try. Ken has been actively listening to my preferences, sharing his product knowledge and customers' experiences objectively. He was not pushy to close the sale but eventually upsell me a recliner sofa. I am looking forward to receiving the sofa in the coming week, after 1 month's wait.

I was served by Kent from comfy! He is a very responsive sales consultant and I would say he does give me a lot of good feedbacks and he didn’t just show me the most expensive furniture. Rather he show me those he think I will like. He definitely give a good after services too. Just take one good example of my case, the sofa I bought unfortunately turns out too long for the space I caters in my living room. Therefore i need to change to a shorter sofa. He just helped me to change to a shorter one and refund me the excess money I paid within few days! Thumbs up Kent!

After getting 5months fought with lousy furniture @ level 1 furniture mall, we returned back our money. So we found Comfy that was suited the sofa exactly we want. Very good and thick leather, smooth reclining mechanism, nice design, fair price and good customer care. Thank you Comfy.

I made an enquiry over Comfy's website initially and was promptly contacted by Kent on the phone. It was worth visiting the multi-storey showroom for its wide range of furniture and on-site promotion. A pleasant experience - kudos to Kent for his excellent service. Appreciate his patience, helpful and personalized advice for sofa and dining set purchase which I feel was value for money.

The couch is one of the most important points in one's home experience, so we had to get a good one. Wife and me tried multiple places with various standards from high to low end and everything in between. Comfy's Irene couch was a clear winner the moment we sat on it. Now sitting on it again after a few months - after it finally got delivered - we are reminded why we bought it and reassured that we made the right decision. Nice proportions, good price, right firmness, cool reclining features+ usb phone charging dock. Brilliant design! A special mention to Nurul of comfy who provided really the best service of all the couch shops we went. And she kept us updated after we purchased it about the couch etc. Sure, the couch got delayed (due to COVID and China) and that was a real bummer but if it were not for her fantastic customer service and service recovery skills I would have given less stars for certain. The couch is great but the consumer experience provided by especially Nurul made this whole Comfy experience fantastic! She was on call from start to finish. Always attending with a smile, patient and ever willing to please. Customer Relations Person, Icere made it pleasant as well. Patiently explaining and updating. So yes, go to the Comfy showroom, try out the sofas and buy with confidence. There's a bit of a wait but its worth it! Thank you Team Comfy! (Disclaimer: I have only tried the couch for a short period. Wait for like 6 months to a year and we'll see whether this couch lasts but for now we're really pleased with it).
