Came to Common Suits to make my wedding suit. Javin was very professional and patient with my questions, I felt very comfortable to work with him to discover what my preferences are for my first suit. The final outcome is very impressive, there are many fine details that are very well taken care of.

Just recently did a basic navy blue suit with common suits and I was very impressed with the outcome of the suit. Quality was unmatched and javin was very very meticulous with even the tiniest of details. Let’s get the not so good stuff out of the way first. I first entered the store early December to make a 3 piece Suit along with 2 shirts for my wedding. I ended up collecting in early March having made several trips down for fittings and alterations, more than my usual trips to tailors that I’m used to along Orchard road/Far East Plaza. There were apparently some communication issues with the production end and several initial measurements were off. The end result though is that I had a great fitting suit for my wedding and it was exactly what I had in mind. All the issues were rectified. The overall experience was pleasant and very comfortable. I worked with Chanel for the suit. She was very approachable to work with and offered great advices and is very patient with explaining the different customization and fabric options for the suit. We were able to communicate well and I felt assured that we were working on what I had in mind. The store is clean and the fitting room is spacious, stark contrast from the curtain drape in the small corner of the room I’m used to. The fitting process is meticulous and assuring and the store owner Javin also provides inputs on the fitting and measurements and you could tell he is very experienced in his craft. Appointment making is easy through WhatsApp and response has been prompt. They were accommodating to my schedule and I would suggest to set sufficient time as there’s usually a approximate 2 weeks wait in between fittings. Common suits is pricier than my usual tailors but I can say for sure that it’s well worth the price tag. I will be a returning customer and will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends.

Excellent experience with Common Suits. Had my suit done by them and I am very satisfied with the result. Chanel was very patient, showing all the different fabrics and options, and followed up closely. They do not only make sure that the customer is satisfied with the outcome, moreover, they will not hesitate to make alterations if they feel that the result can be better.
