What I experienced was in stark contrast to the negative comments here. Professional, friendly and detailed staff. They also stuck to the schedule for a shirt I ordered and arranged for delivery - at a reasonable cost - since it was inconvenient for me to visit the shop. They were also very responsive throughout the process.
I made a camp collar shirt with their refinement linen line. Fits well without needing to return for a second fitting.

Pictures of seams on the back of the jackets are unaltered as the very 1st fittings were extremely tight.
Disappointed with their overpriced alteration services on their own garments.
Alterations refund denied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quite confused about the low reviews shown - the cynic in me tends to check out the worst reviews so I can prep for that should I decide to go with a service.
I went down for a fitting with them recently and found that the staff were all very respectful, prompt and attentive. The person attending to me gathered details about the event I was going to, so that they could best create and tailor my garment to suit. They also made insightful suggestions, and answered my many questions and ideas thoughtfully.
During my fitting there too there were customers who walked in and the other staff attended to them without hesitation, which I found to be really pleasant.
All in all, 5 star experience from me in terms of service. I would definitely recommend my friends and family members to have their tailoring done here. Looking forward to receiving my fits soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly professional services with amazing customer support. I had several garments tailored, and the seamstress was always quick and incredibly experienced. Great delivery times. The front desk staff was really attentive and personable as well, making my whole experience really comfortable. Prices are fine for being a full bespoke tailor, too.
Super weird reviews on here because I’ve come to know some from the team at Seamless Bespoke after coming back several times. They were never unfriendly to me, nor were their standards noticeably inconsistent. Their customer service and expertise is overall outstanding.
