I've been purchasing almost all my Pokémon TCG products and card accessories ever since last year when I first got to know them. The owner and employees are passionate hobbyists too and they're always willing to answer my questions. The owner has great respect for the hobby and does his best to provide the most affordable prices so that everyone can participate. What I especially love is that he finds way to give cards to young children so that they can slowly grow a love for the hobby as well. All that he does for the community has earned my respect and that is why I will continue to buy Pokémon products at Concept City! In my last trip there, I bought 10 celebrations packs and managed to score good pulls (photo below)! Thanks Concept City for all you've done! I hope to see you become more successful while you do good work for the Pokémon TCG community.

I have been going to Concept City for almost a year and I am very impressed with the staff and products there. It is also an eye-opener to see the combination of mini-mart and games together. Nevertheless, spoke to the owner for the past 1 year i would say he is a friendly & genuine person. Please keep up the great service! (:

Got to open my first two vivid voltage etb and got my rainbow pikachu vmax out of nowhere. But got an aa after afew stadiums and etbs so is really based on luck ✌?✌?Overall super fun excitement

Thankful to shop owner for the ‘discount’ but after much thinking, I felt that I got cheated. Opened more than 40 booster packs of evolving skies but did not get any decent hits (not even a single vmax). Was enticed by owner that many got AA hits from his booster packs but I got less than 5 hits which Seems fishy. The packs were loose And easily opened as well. Maybe consider sealed products if you want to patronize there.

The store owner was very friendly! I’ve never seen such a outgoing and energetic person. He was super welcoming to a new player of Pokemon like myself. I could feel his passion for Pokemon as he talked about the game and his favourite pokemon meloetta. Highly recommend the store to anyone!

Recently found out about this place from a friend as he started to collect pokemon cards suddenly and made me join as well(Not a good hobby haha). Looking at prices comparing to other stores definitely cheaper than many other place especially when you buy their 10packs bundle. You even get a free pack if you follow all their social media. Bought a mixture of the 10 booster packs and 2 premium boxs for about $160. During the opening of the packs I almost went crazy dont know i suey or my friend lucky, he only got 1 pack and i got like 18packs in total. One and only pack he got Urshifu Vmax AA(Until now i still salty haha). But ok la actually my 18 packs not so bad already 2 gold and 2 vmax but i still salty.

Nice place to chill and open packs, have been patronising this places for the past 4months. I enjoying buying random packs from here as they are from sealed products. Managed to pull my own golden boy from 10 random CR packs.

This is not your usual shop selling snacks and cleaning supplies! First visit here and really suprised at the range of pokemon stuffs here! The jumbo cards are really huge. They even have tables and chairs here for people to open packs! They even sell holos cards so you can try to get what you miss..
