Shared with them my experience of 2 months wait for my wallet to be cleaned and dyed which lasted just 3 days and was told it's due to wear and tear.
After listening and accessing, Stone suggested to me something which resulted in a brand new wallet in a condition that is beyond my imagination and i would like to sincerely thank Stone for his quick thinking and expertise and definitely not forgetting his team and Eve who were all very welcoming and helpful.
