Sarah and her team were always ready to deal with inquiries and to provide advice. They're also upfront with their costs and do not do any hardsell. Service and products were so good I returned to do two more pants. Would return in future. P.S. shout out to Tinkerbell for being so welcoming ?

Was presented an array of fabric and explained the differences. Wait was around 4 weeks and the end product came out more than perfect. I'm a guy with a small build and waist hence fast fashion isn't the best choice for me. Sakal has managed to make me look chic with their pants.

Through a recommendation of my friend, I approached Sakal to design a suit for my wedding. This was my first time getting a 'custom' suit and was pretty much clueless about the whole process. Sarah patiently assisted throughout the whole process and helped me to pick out the design and colour of the suit. Both my wife and I loved how my suit turned out! :)

Was looking to get a custom-made suit and Sarah and her team were very friendly, nice and helpful in providing us with many useful information/knowledge on suits and also with great sound advise based on their experience. Visited quite a few tailors before SAKAL and most of them mentioned that it would take about 8-9 weeks. However, it was very fast and efficient at SAKAL and the suit was done in around 5 weeks. Very satisfied with the suit. Highly recommend SAKAL to those who are looking to have a well-tailored, friendly and efficient experience.

They were patient & helpful in helping me select fabric that suited and fitted me best. They catered to every requests that i have had and went out of their way to ensure that the suit & trousers were done, fitted to me nicely before my wedding photoshoot. I had such a lovely time here and i will be returning again really soon. Highly recommended!
