T	Teo Jing Wen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a member of this gym since 2019 and I've definitely seen weight loss results. The gym environment is great and hygienic, there were also no judgmental eyes. The trainer Ezra, she is very friendly and would constantly motivate us to do better. She'd also work closely with members and monitor our progress. Would definitely recommend this gym to everybody! :)

Ezra, especially, has been very patient with a newbie like me and my MIL guiding us step by step ensuring us to go towards our goal while knowing our limits. This is our first time signing up for a gym membership and we're not regretting it!

She will keep track of our progress and advise on the areas to improve. She actually remembers everyone by name, which is impressive. Would definitely recommend the gym for ladies looking to start their fitness journey! :)

Especially, Ezra is very approachable and motivates me and helps to monitor my progress every month and change the exercise pattern to achieve my goals. All the instructors are very friendly, and would highly recommend this branch in Tampines.

Trainer Ezra is extremely helpful and affable, her passion for fitness has helped me in my weight loss journey. When working out, she is always motivating and positive. She is observant and will modify any exercise if it is too difficult. Ezra has instilled in me a joy in working out and she pushes me to the best of my abilities. To add on, the gym has good facilities, it is clean and all the classes are excellent. Absolutely love it here. I made noticeable progress within the first few months and am looking forward to continuing my journey with Contours Express Tampines. I definitely feel much stronger!

Before this, I struggled with consistency in training. The pandemic coupled with my hectic work schedule has prevented me from exercising regularly. Aside from being close to my home, the gym gives me a hassle-free access and flexibility to train when I am able to train; any day, any time. An added plus is that Contours Express Tampines is a female-only gym and this has allowed me to train in comfort and out of my shell. I thank the friendly and ever-motivating instructor who is always there to guide, support and track my progress each time I’m in. Looking forward to get healthier for the long run with them!

I was shattered with my weight and lost confidence in me.later on,one of my friend suggested this gym.Initially I was hesitant to join coz am not a gym kind of person. initially it was hard ,later on with the support of Ezra my gym trainer i could do better .she was constantly supporting and encouraging me .i started shedding my weight. it gave me lots of confidence in everything .sometimes my decisions were clear. i was stress free after joining here. my husband was too happy that i was physically fit and he was encouraging me each and every day before I start to gym. Now I am happy that on seeing me, my friends also joined here.This gym means a lot to me. Thanks to Ezra and team always .
