My Gym @ Tampines - 300 Tampines Ave 5

I am glad I made the decision to sign up with MyGym for my 11 month old baby boy. He loves going to class every week, and the activities alternate between each week so it is never boring. The staff are nice and friendly, and we enjoy going to class every week!

The teachers are all very friendly and patient. My 17 month old boy was reluctant to join in the activities the 1st time, but subsequently grew to love the place and he has become more physically active and confident within a few sessions. I enjoy bringing him to MyGym too, seeing how happy he is.

We enrolled for gym classes for our active 2.5 year old toddler daughter & she enjoyed her weekly sessions so we put her on their school-based programme when the teacher encouraged us to do so to prep her for preschool since she was familiar. She's always looking forward to going for claases. No regrets! The teachers do feedback on improvements just like most playgroups do. Highly recommended!

My daughter looks forward going to MyGym Tampines every week because of the fun and engaging activities offered in her 1 hour gym program. She always comes out happy and excited to share with us the great time she had with her classmates and teachers. The program has greatly improved her confidence, flexibility and imagination. Appreciate all the wonderful and passionate teachers in Tampines branch!

Enrolling my son in My Gym was one of our best decisions. The teachers are great and warm. They really took the time to make my son adjust and now, my son can walk independently in class carrying his bag! We even applied the ‘Clean Up’ task at home. My son is definitely enjoying every minute of his stay in My Gym with his teachers and friends. They have art, music, storytelling and other fun activities. I think My Gym is a good environment to learn and play. ???

Our son has had the most amazing time at his Playgroup Class. He looks forward in going to his classes every week. The school itself is a fun and bright environment and the teachers are caring and approachable yet professional. We are very happy on the positive learning experience and developments on our son that we highly recommend it to other parents as well!

Eliya sarted off shy and weary of strangers. With persistence and patience of the teachers from Tampines Branch as well as an engaging class curriculum, we have seen an improvement in her confidence. She is more independent to complete activities on her own.

Editing my review as the after-class service and management "policy" is disappointing. My 3mo LO and I participated in Little Bundle class last week. The staff/teacher and I communicated over WhatsApp after the class for my decision and feedback on enrolling my LO. I do like activity, exercises and the class structure, as well as the 3 teachers. However, location, distance and class timing is an issue of concern for me (knowing after my first trial class) I'm not staying in Tampines, and My Gym @NTUC Tampines do not have a proper drop-off or pick-up location. It's a hussle for me to carry my LO and stroller (taxi drop us off at another building since NTUC do not have a pick-up/drop off). Secondly, the Little Bundle class starts at 5.15pm and ends at 6pm. I'm worry if he gets too excited after the class, will it affect his sleep, I don't know as a ftm. So after trial class (paid at $58 promotion price), we are keen to sign up but just want to be sure, since the class package is 15 lessons, which means a commitment of 4 months. Since there are some concerns on their location, distance and class timing, I asked the staff/teacher over WhatsApp if we can do one more lesson and if all is good and settled, we will sign up. There's NO RESPONSE from MyGym for 2 days, until I text them again. And they rejected my request to do one more trial lesson. So there's no understanding, no empathy, not even interested whether you enroll anot. Hello, we are asking to do one more lesson, a lesson which we will pay, not a free trial class. Their Management is simply inflexible. It's like "I only want you sign up and pay $800, I don't want your one lesson $50/$60 money" kind of business ethics. Out of so many branches they have, their Little Bundle class only available in Marine Parade and Tampines, so perhaps therefore the management don't have experience handling or be more professional to assist? This is not a enrichment class which my kid is old enough and nothing to be concern.
