★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to cookaburra to purchase a grill 2 years ago. It was cookaburra Super mini, everything was fine and I am very happy&satisfied with the grill.
Today I drop by back to the same outlet wanting to get some spare parts and cleaning accessories. The sale staff was very patient and even took time to explain on the usage of the equipment to me even though the shop appear to be busy.
I am also very surprise on how need and tidy is the display of the shop i would easier find the things I wish to purchase with a single glaze.
Overall I am fairly satisfied with the service and products. Definitely highly recommend anyone who wish to purchase a bbq grill/equipment to visit cookaburra BBQ !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a grill off Cookaburra via Lazada. Because of logistic issues, the grill wasn't delivered for 2 weeks. Cookaburra actively reached out to resolve the issue for me and delivered a separate grill. Therefore editing review back to 5 stars.

Check out the promotions. We compared several online portals and could not find any offer what even come near to the offer of Cookaburra.

Carry a good range of accessories in stock and have a good range of BBQ's to look at in person ....I just wish i had space in SG for a bigger summit or Genesis Weber outdoor kitchen ! :)...but my 3 burner Spirit is perfect for the space i have.

Mr. Sim was knowledgeable and helpful.
The product is much better than other brands.
Floor never oily again. Equipment easy to use and clean up was easy too.
Value for money...less smoke too.

Ordered a Weber on sale; the shop then proactively called me to set me up with big gas canister and longer hose/regulator to save delay in case I wanted to host tonight; next day delivery; and was assembled in about 6 seconds by friendly person. Genuinely very impressed.
