I was devastated when they informed me that my laptop board had corrosion due to my own mishap of spilling water on the keyboard. They told me upfront that it is not worth the cost to fix but kindly removed the SSDs for me so I could retrieve my data from them. One staff in particular (regrettably did not get his name) was really kind by advicing me on methods on how to get my data back on my own, and being very patient with my questions over a very long time. All in all, I'm just here to say that you will be in very good hands if you use their service. I am very grateful for their transparency and kindness throughout this whole visit.
H	H Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t be more grateful today. Visited Corbell Service Center today as my MSI GTX1660 Ventus GPU is having Black screen issue. Was told that they have to send the GPU to factory as it is an old model, RMA period is around 6-8 weeks. I explain my situation as my MSI motherboard do not have an integrated graphic card onboard, hence it would be a 6-8weeks downtime. Mr. Lua, the manager in charge decided to head back into the storeroom if he could find a GPU to loan to me out of goodwill (without me asking). Within 10mins, return with a GPU to lend to me. I am hence able to send this review out due to the loan GPU and ultimately due to his his kind action. Thank you once again for helping me out.
H	Huang Qianhao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service today, went in with a motherboard which wouldn't post, Chia first explained that MSI probably would not be replacing the set due to possible issues with customer handling the item, but then called me right as I was about to purchase a new motherboard with the good news that they will be giving me a new board ! Chia was really patient and understanding, and explained everything clearly. Great service and even gave me a little tube of thermal paste when he found out i had to replace the factory one !

On Monday when Corbell was opened for business, I contacted the Corbell Service Centre in the morning and within 2 hours, they replied that they have prepared a replacement glass panel for me! Now I am finally able to close my PC case and use properly. This is without a doubt a 5 stars service for Corbell service centre, thank you for your prompt response to my case!
