โ โ โ โ โ I know Mr. Ronald since 2016...He is always customer centric and understands our needs. When I was struggling with my Qnap system bought on line, he went out of the way to set it up for me.
Recently after I relocated to my new BTO I was trying to get my system up which was lying unused for over an year..As I dont give up easily I tried all methods posted in forum then sought Qnap support from Hong Kong. When all methods failed Mr.Ronald asked me to bring the system over to his office and set everything right in a matter of few hours
If money is important he could have charged me a hefty fee...But he chose to do otherwise...
How many businessmen are like him ?...I do not know many....
Ronald...you are my Mentor and shall always be...!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service and very competitive price(saved almost 200 dollars). I was desperate to get these items delivered before a deadline and none of the other vendors I found could ship fast enough. Then I found Win-Pro and they promised "fastest delivery in Singapore" They really lived up to that and managed to get me the item the very same day that they processed the order! The items arrived in perfect condition. I would Highly recommend WIn-pro!

Team did a great job to help transfer my calendar, contact details , sorted out my mess up personal data-base (Contacts, birthdates reminders, etc) previously located partially in gmail contacts, partially in office 365 contacts and my iphone contacts - merged them all and now I am able to work via my Iphone , office 365 and gmail after a on site visit at their office. Great job to Adam Kian for assistance.
