★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working with Marina for years and she has helped me manage some tough back pain and other injuries. She is very good at creating and adapting workouts to suit my needs all while keeping it challenging. In addition to the pilates classes, I've also seen significant results (strength, fitness, wellbeing) from her Kinetica workouts. It's like circuit training, but better, and in a very small class setting, which means individual attention throughout. It's the most fun I've ever had in any group class and has the added benefit of allowing me to adjust the intensity up or down depending on the exercise. And did I mention that Marina is really kind and caring? I can't recommend her highly enough.

She’s amazing in paying attention to personal details of each student when training. They’re using a state of art equipments and the classes are never boring so I’m looking forward to each new class!

The kinetic program by Marina is perfectly made for all group muscles and I saw the result in 3 weeks, body shape improved and muscles got tone. I really like classes with Marina and looking forward to every session. Highly recommend
