She takes a holistic approach to pain management and was able to identify the root of the problem, which was partly caused by an old injury. Osteopathy is a far more holistic approach. Dare I say better? For me at least. Traditional doctors gave cortisone and immediately recommended surgery, which I'm trying to avoid. I highly recommend Dr Shruti.

I started my sessions with Dr Shruti since pregnancy and have been going back to her even after post partum. Dr Shruti has helped me with my back issues that I have been suffering for a very long time. She even introduced some exercises to prevent my back pain from recurring. I chose osteopathy as a gentle treatment for pain during pregnancy and I am happy that Dr. Shruti was my doctor. The consultation with Dr. Shruti was very thorough and I immediately felt the difference from the first session! She clearly explained what you need to know and what to do to get better, helped to understand the root cause of the problem and gave important advice on postures and exercises. Dr. Shruti was targeting a specific area in each session and the result was very beneficial. At the end of my 6 sessions I felt normal and pain free.
