★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of service. Went to the outlet at Mandarin Gallery recently looking to purchase an Omega watch. Was greeted by a staff when I entered. However the staff seated at the Omega section continued using his phone even though I was standing right infront of him. Luxury brand but poor experience. Walked out and purchased elsewhere instead.

Edson was warm and helpful in assisting me to come to my decision to purchase my first timepiece from Cortina, an Omega Seamaster at the Mandarin Gallery outlet. Prior to that, he also made special arrangements to set aside the watch for my viewing before I went down to the outlet to check it out. Also, a shoutout to Clara from the Raffles City branch who showed me a number of watches and patiently located the variant with a stainless steel bracelet for me across the branches.
Appreciate the superb service from the team from start to end. Thank you and keep it up!

His knowledge on different brands and models is really impressive and he is very friendly and polite.
