★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience with the male salesperson at kaki bukit showroom (the one with ear piercing). He was impatient and neither showing slightest of interest to demonstrate the water dispenser nor tell you more abt the product. Not nitpicking but I think he deserved to have bad names called. We went there in a glee but returned with disappointment. And “thanks” to him, we went ahead to purchase other brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor quality. Bought it in September 2021 and had to replace it after a few months because the cold water function does not work. One month or so after the first replacement, the hot water function is malfunctioning, it produces loud boiling / splattering sound. Definitely not an engineered in Germany quality product, over claimed and over priced !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought about 6 months ago and had to do 2 replacements within this short period. First replacement was due to leaking issue after about 3 months of use. Few months into the 2nd replacement set, the machine over-heated and hot water splattered out loudly, it's scary.
Aside from leaky and over-heating, the water pressure is inconsistent and can slow to a few drips occasionally. Overall, product quality is poor and over-priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had urgently purchased a Cosmo tankless water dispenser for my family home to be installed and originally couldn't get a suitable date and day for installation -- luckily, our installer, Simon, had gone above and beyond to arrange a Saturday installation and we managed to receive (and have it installed) within days! His explanations about how to use and maintain our new water dispenser was comprehensive and we learnt how to use it quickly. Very satisfied with the customer service we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already used for a month. We all loved it and realised we drink more water than before, especially during this super humid weather!
In fact, I've done my own comparison on another 4 water dispensers, before deciding on Cosmo. What impressed me is the electricity consumption is only 580w/month. Others are at least 2400w/month. Furthermore the filters can last for 5000 litres, longest among the rest.
I went down to their showroom for a feel of it since I already done my research. There is a friendly malay staff who assisted me with my queries and purchase. DO NOTE they dont accept credit card payment in the showroom :( So they suggested I placed order via online through my phone, which is a little inconvenience. ALSO due to the overwhelming responses, they took 12 days instead of 3 days for delivery and installation.
Their installation guy Melvin and partner are friendly, patient and efficient. I didnt want to pay extra $120-$150 for additional tap installation or longer hose connection, so opt for non drilling instead (see pictures). They assisted with my queries even after installation. Excellent services!
