Cotton On

The staffs are busy chatting with each other than doing their job even with people paying at the cashier. I have been to this outlet for numerous number of times and yet the staff attitude have not improve. Will edit this after I go back again.

I spend over 60$ to buy new t-shirts from cotton, city square mall, but the t-shirts is useless and with ruff quality. This kind of stuff can find on small shops then what is the need to be on cotton on. I would like to suggest do not go and buy. Until unless they will not promise for better quality. Thanks a lot for this experience. I will not enter the shop again...............?

With such terrible customer service,how can they still be in service?? Was enquiring about a product and saw the girl was mumbling something so I said ''sorry are you counting'(she was throwing the hangers away so I thought she was counting) and she replied 'OFFCOURSE I AM WORKING'. Then I said I didn't say what you thought I said. So a message for the rude staff member, before snapping out at a customer probably try to hear what they are saying or if you don't like talking to people, girl you are in the wrong job. I always have pleasant experience in cotton on Australia but in Singapore it was extremely disappointing. So far a lot of people have given bad reviews but no message from management, probably no one cares. This would never happen in Australia you put a message out you get a reply and you know people care about this kind of stuff there. I hope the staff learn to treat their customers better.

Great stuff, nice quality and variety. Ranging from sports wear to denim shorts to hair accessories, you will find everything here. All reasonably priced. Located on level 1 of city Square mall. I always pass through and end up buying something..lovely collection always. Also there is a point reward system that actually rewards you with vouchers! Must visit for fashion lovers who are tight on pocket..cheers!

Please do double check the price as they don't exactly have the nicest service. A top from a $15 rack and was charged $24. Bermudas with price $29.99 printed on its label was charged $39.99. Reason being 'promotion is over'. They did return the difference, after telling me to 'calm down' and that they will 'do me a favour'. Maybe they should do themselves a favour by updating the prices perhaps?

A really huge outlet, has cotton on body, sports apparel, shoes, bags, men and women. It's bigger than the other outlets and has a big range. Fitting rooms are huge hence handicapped friendly.

2022/06/07. Shop attendant at the check out showing very bad attitude, throwing our clothes around when check out, and always give irritated looks when we asking questions. Will never come again, this is ridiculous.

15.04.2022 (good Friday) I was browsing at the store suddenly a salesman comming at the mens section and said "no see see la ,try la something" . No offense but i felt like i am in the thailand street shop. . Then he target a old lady and said "hello hello aunty. What u want" his behavior was really bad... i go out from that showroom. And i am never gonna come back again .. Luckily there was Levi's showroom and offered upto 70% discount.and i brought lot of stuff for cheap price... so 1 star for that cotton on .✌
