I had a laptop hinge problem that had been worrying me for a few months because some repair shops mentioned that I would need to change the entire housing. I asked around a few places and decided to try M3. Mr Kong was immediately responsive on Whatsapp and very clear in the diagnostic. When I went down to the store, he honoured the price quoted and was clear about what the problem was. He walked me through what he would be doing for the repair, and I felt that it was an extremely transparent process. He has high standards for his work and it shows, because my laptop is as good as new now! What's most impressive is his professionalism. Some laptop repair companies will have hidden costs or try to sell you add-ons you don't need or dismiss your issue. Not this store. Mr Kong will listen to your needs and advise you on what you could do to save money. He is also responsible, the turnaround time is fast, and the entire process was simply enjoyable. The shop owner was so kind, he said he would dispose my old laptop for me after removing the hard disk and passing it to me. Another shop quoted me $45 just to remove hard disk when I said I wanted to destroy data before disposal? Thanks so much M3 digital hub for your kind FOC service.

I read the reviews and felt confident that this place was professional. Unfortunately, I had a battery change for my macbook here and 2 months plus in, the battery became faulty. Brought it back and was told that the warranty was only for 2 months, not even 3 months. Very disappointed. The good thing is that the store put back my faulty battery after checking.

As a mother of 2 kids, my phone album is all about children’s photo, that’s their every moment of life captured by me. Today phone suddenly black screen even after change battery. Fr google “ phone repair “ thread i saw M3 digital hub good review, I went down the shop, told him that phone can’t repair never mind, I need the data. Xiao Kong manage to repair it in a professional Manner and fast enough before I go and fetch my kids. Price reasonable! That’s not only about the phone, it is about my family precious memories with children every growing milestone. Highly recommended !

Superb service by Mr Kong (小孔）?? I googled for Computer repairs and M3 Digital Hub appeared in a thread as one of the Top 5 computer repair shops. I called a few and they were too tied up to give my laptop immediate attention (3 to 5 days waiting time at least) and Mr Kong was the only one who could attend to me right away ~ when I appeared at his shop 30 minutes after speaking to him over the phone :) He quoted me the ‘maximum cost’ of repairing my 5yr old laptop, which I felt was very reasonable. 2 days later, he updated me that the problem is bigger than what he anticipated and needed more time, but told me that the cost will be the same. Another 2 days later, he informed that my laptop will cost quite a lot to repair as he had changed a few parts but it’s still not working and suggested that I drop the idea. He also kindly did a recovery of my data for me and… after all the hard work, he refused any payment from me. I’m very thankful and impressed with Mr Kong’s patience and kindness. This is really the kind of person we need, especially for layman who isn’t savvy with laptops. Splendid experience! Highly recommended for excellent service and no hidden charging for their services! We tried this shop and had a very good impression from start to finish. Trust was establish from the start, which i say, is a component. After reviewing our techs, the problems were presented with remarkable solutions (will be repaired in front of you) then comes their fare charging (i would say). So overall, we are satisfied customers and our gadgets were fixed by the way and that’s the most important thing why we went there. Thank you M3 digital hub and more power to your shop!

Shop is closed with another tenant taking up the original spot. Luckily, I called Mr Kong and he was at City Square, so he could pick up my Ipad and do the battery swap. As always, good service and a fair price! Make sure to call his mobile to get him, heard from him that he will set up shop at chinatown next month or so
