Very bad attitude from one of the cashier. Put the clothes on the cashier table for payment, the girl replied rudely, pass me. Her name tag is turned opposite, so can't see the name. However receipt there's a name called sahirah

Except for the save the earth thingy that the shop is promoting, I would not spend for really bad quality, cheap shirt that my colleague highlight that after 5 wash, you can throw it away. Need to research more on the store logics and purpose.

Since I work nearby(TTSH), I love to go shopping here if I am not lazy. Great staff and friendly. Also, clothing wise are variety as the outlet is quite spacious to compare to some other outlets store. Keep it up on the good service too

how insensitive of the staff at the counter trying to give me a small size bag for the shoes I purchased. it was very obvious that it would not fit in there so why offer a small sized bag? I could not help scratching my head in front of that staff out of amazement of how stupid she could be. do not be so stingy with your paper bags because we pay for it.

The service attitude is poor, I took it to the counter and asked to change the size of the clothes, the waiter told me to pick up the clothes and come back to change If the customer asks to change the size, isn't it the waiter to find it? Why let customers find their own size to change it? Visited the Cotton On Novena outlet this afternoon with my friend. The store is spacious and there is a wide variety of products. Just too bad, a majority of the clearance items are very small, mainly S and XS size, which was disappointing. Also there wre quite limited choices of shoes for people wearing ladies size 41 shoes (my size), based on my observation. Would recommend you join as a member of you buy their items, as you can get a free e voucher on your birthday month.

Horrible customer service! There was only a small heavily pregnant girl - the only staff handling this mega store, & the item I needed had only 1 in stock in my size, according to the website & their system. She went into the store room, & shortly after coming back she said that the buttons were unravelling (which I didn't mind) from that piece. I wanted to take a look at the item condition but then she said that the stitches from the lining were unravelling. When I still insisted on seeing the item, she simply refused to show me, even after a lot of request. She said she won't sell it (like she owns the store). She didn't even want to look for the item in the storeroom, & she took off her mask to talk to me louder to make her point. If it was tough for her to lift heavy items in the storeroom as she was highly pregnant, she could have just asked for help or could have delegated the job to her next colleague & or could have advised me to come back another day so she could have more time to look for it. Instead she kept lying, & changing her statements. And after all that she kept asking me to look at her computer screen, showing that there indeed was 1 in stock. What was the point of that? Why wouldn't she show me the item?

I absolutely love cotton on. I think it's one of the best stores to buy clothes. I'm very small and skinny and generally find it hard to find things that fit well.
