I ordered some printed t-shirts and waited 4 days for them to arrive. 2 came with stains. They offered to do a replacement but they said it will take another week. I needed them soon and they did not expedite my order even though it was their mistake. I had to go ahead with the stain tops. Would not recommend.

Good quality prints. I'm guessing they use an Epson printer, but they wouldn't share that information. They offer a service that allows individuals or small businesses to sell their own t-shirt designs, but they don't have a consistent supply of their t-shirts. It has occured many times where I have orders but Cottony doesn't have the sizes available. I had set up a website and a shop on Etsy, but regularly have orders I cannot fill due to their inconsistent supply of tees and totebags. I feedbacked to them but they don't seem to care about it and tell me it's inevitable. I do wonder how difficult it is to order stock in advance before it runs out. So Cottony's logistical incompetence has affected me and my business. I think they should stick to consumers rather than offer B2B services. The latest order I had was for a medium and large black tee. They did't have both. It's April 6th and they told me the earliest it'll arrive is 19th Apr. Based on my experience with them, they've never achieved the earliest deadline - the stocks always arrived later. I've been working with them for more than a year and tolerated they're incompetence and inconsistency because I need them to run my business which I've invested lots of time and money on. But their nonchalance has really put me off and I've decided to either close my business or buy my own DTG printer target than to continue tolerating their nonsense. Who knows, maybe I'll be a competitor some day? Edit in response to Cottony's reply: As they have mentioned, the solution to preventing an out-of-stock situation is to stock up. The reason they have given is that the stock from the supplier is dependent on them having the stock. So if their solution to me is to stock up on my own, why is Cottony not doing this? Logistical incompetence. Next, I provided a negative review because the business is lacking. Instead of taking it as constructive criticism to improve, they decide to act like a child and reply spitefully. If Cottony is reading this, I have more complaints that I have not given, which I am sure they know of. The moment I decided to write this review, I was already prepared not to do business with you. Why? Because dealing with you for more than a year, I know how poorly you take feedback.

Its my first time printing a T-shirt and I am glad it's with Cottony. Excellent after sales services and very prompt response to email. Highly recommended!

Cottony really really has the best customer service and quality! These gildan tees are really good fabric, absorbent, comfortable, not see through and not smelly. But the best thing is their service, extremely extremely prompt responses.

Awesome printing just as I wanted and teeshirt material is good too. Delivery is slightly earlier than indicated in invoice which is great. Definitely will be back when more printing is needed! Thanks Cottony! ?

I am upset with a Gildan Premium Cotton Polo that I printed with this company and I felt it was S$30+ (incl S$3.99 shipping) down the drain. I had 2 issues. (1) the polo t seemed like it was worn when delivered (2), the printed logo/words were not in solid colors and the printed words looked worn out already, as though the tshirt had gone through many washes. I wrote to the company with pics of the item, and an unnamed representative replied that: (1) their shirts “are actually brand new”. (So, it is now a matter of “he say she say”. Grr.) (2) The cotton polo T product is different from other materials and so the colour transfer was different (Transfer vs DTG). Hence if you print on this shirt, at least to me, any printed logo/words will not be in solid colors and the print will look worn out, as though the tshirt had gone through many washes. This is disappointing to me as this was not pointed out that such an effect will be expected. Had I known at the beginning of such an effect, I would not have chosen such the product. The company replied that “It is correct that the material of the garment and the print methods are different, and the results are different. However we did not suggest that any print method is lower quality because each method has it's pros and cons. These are individual preferences and we also have some customers who feel that Transfer prints are lower quality.” Grr, if the company had stated this upfront, I would not have placed the order for the Gildan Premium Cotton Polo. This is actually my 2nd time ordering and I was satisfied with the first but i am upset with this second order. I did not give the lowest star because the company was not rude in its replies to me. It offered to reprint at 50% off for another material shirt if I was willing to pay for it. I’m not saying to boycott the company as it did deliver the product to me and whoever replied my emails was not rude. I was just disappointed in the quality for this particular order and I felt I wasted my money (thankfully this was not a bulk order). I am upset that the expected effect was not published upfront before I placed the order. One way in future I will avoid such a situation with this company is to email them to confirm the quality before placing an order. Alternatively, I go with another company next time, that has the finished product so I know what to expect.

Objectively, the process was smooth and got my shirt within 4 days. However, I am completely disappointed with their customer service and their refusal to admit that an error was done on their end. Photo 1 was the final print sent to me with a clear grey box around. Photo 2 was the image uploaded onto their site. You be the judge if a square box should have been present? David whom I spoke to was unapologetic about the situation and made no attempt to solve this issue. Claiming that ALL ERRORS were from the user themselves. Order at your own risk.
