Amazing shoes and thongs...super comfortable. I've bought 2 pairs of Moonraker thongs that are absolutely well designed. I also bought the Dixie Red shoes which when worn was like walking on air ...light and comfy. Special shout out to the founder Ms Suman and her team for personalised delivery and meeting my expectations. Then I asked occasionally about her experience regarding the comfort because she has to go to the meetings after meetings everyday. And she loved them because of the comfort they provide. Was actually searching for a pair of heels for my wedding (which is less than 2 weeks away!) and wanted something that wasn’t the typical white/nude/rose gold. I wanted something that I could still wear after the wedding and not needing to spend an exorbitant amount of money. Managed to come across the Marylyn Hand-Painted Blue Crystal Kitten Heel Pump by Hope Rosa at Isetan Orchard & really like the style! But it felt like I may be between sizes at EU 35 & 35.5. Unfortunately they were out of stock in 35.5, so I wasn’t able to fully test out the fit. Decided to source online & got to know Zalora stocks them. Took a bold move and went ahead to place my order at 35.5. This is where I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service offered by Hope Rosa! Ms. Suman contacted me directly to ensure that my measurement & sizing were done correctly. She invited me to drop by her home office to test out the different sizes and fit; turned out size 35 was the right fit for me instead. She was very friendly & helpful — assisting me to expand the shoes on areas that could potentially be uncomfortable on my feet & also provided complimentary insoles/cushions for comfort! It was a definite confidence booster that I needed & I’m happy that I got something that I liked for a special occasion! Thank you, Hope Rosa for the customer service & for a lovely pair of heels! Will definitely look forward to future purchases!

When I tried the Dixie Nude Square Toe i knew that it is very well made. Very comfortable and the colour is soo pretty ? i have a wide big size feet so not all shoes i can be walk comfortably with, but not this one! The sole rubber is different than the others, doesnt feel slippery, the insole fits perfectly. The leather is a top notch quality. I got couple of sole cushion insoles as a bonus, it makes even more comfortable ? The sales person is also very lovely, they call to make sure that the one the that I order will fits me well, so i sent the measurement and they checked it first, thank you! I recommend this brand for those who has a wide big size feet just like me
