This outlet is horrible and horrendous. Daylight robbery and cheating customers money.??? Rude and unprofessional staff, especially a malay dude with spectacles???????? lousy lol

The tickets machine here are fun. Certain machines get good wins. Most of their staff are okay, kudos to the tall bespectacled chinese guy who is quite helpful and initiative. However that autistic ah beng RBF guy in shorts who never acknowledges customers and showed faces when we're seeking help. We are regulars but this guy just always spoil the mood with his dulan attitude. I am not the only one saying this as most of the other regulars i met there say the same about this guy. We don't owe you anything leh. If you don't like your job go sell DVD or a job where you don't need to interact with people.

Do not play their claw machines. Everyone knows claw machines are rigged but these don't even try to hide it. Played a claw machine where you can win a small box of a cat figurine a few times and on our last time, the claw grabbed the box but the claw did not open and drop it into the hole for collection and instead moved it back to its original position and dropped it there. We were literally watching the claw just move over the hole and not open. Alerted the staff who openly said that the claw does not carry the item and if it did it meant that the item was stuck in the claw which sounds rather dumb as it was a smooth box and not a toy which I understand can get stuck with the tag/fabric. The staff actually said that if the claw had lifted the item it meant that it got stuck and the proceeded to show and explain to us that the claw was not supposed to grab the item but weakly scrap against the sides. I'd like to note that it was very obvious that we got the box as there were 2 sections of boxes (white and blue) with the collection hole in the middle and the claw carried our white box from one side to the other and dropped it on the other side with the blue boxes. I do not blame the staff as I am pretty sure they are instructed to give these excuses by higher ups. My main regret is not taking a video to show as evidence. Even the tickets you win from their arcade games you can only exchange for a few candies. I recommend the arcade beside them, Whimsy. They are more honest and you can exchange your tickets for actual items as compared to Cow Play Cow Moo.

my friend is pregnant and she didn’t see the counter close sign so when she called the girl in dark blue shirt she did not just ignored her once but the second time she talked to her rudely and gave her the black face. when my friend kindly asked. yes the sign was there but my friend was so excited to get the thing she wanted she didn’t see the sign at least have the basic respect to talk nicely to my friend or anyone especially if their pregnant. she could talk to the other customers or colleagues nicely but to my friend? who is pregnant? please be respectful to everyone who talk to you nicely. if you tell me my friend talk rudely to you which she did not than i would understand. shes in dark blue shirt and blue jeans, her hair is brown to blonde

Staff were mostly very friendly but overall layout of the shop was not exactly the easiest to maneuver around. The token changer for members was quite far apart, making it difficult for people who are playing alone to play prolong/extended period especially on the left side zone. A lot of machines was also not open for playing though it was quite crowded.

This outlet really beyond my expectation cheating customers money. I played fish machine hit 99830 but the staff auntie with blue uniform only paid me 90000points for $90 NTUC voucher and forfeit my 9830 points.What kind of story u think first time I was playing this machine?Even your business is not good but please be professional don't ever cheating customers money, when we change our money insert the coin we never said anything but when we won NTUC voucher u show me bad face . Just so simple I have tried put my own few token and want to hit it point to 100,000 points instead of the error machine 99,830 points shown on the screen.What u mentioned that the machine 10,000 points x $10 ntuc voucher = $100 ntuc voucher. Yesterday the auntie immerdiatedly shown me off how she attitude and unkind to me , she was answered me she can't do anything to me, once the machine error on the spot. Why not? I just want take back my own balance of 9830points asked her helps me to transfer the balance of 9830points to another part of fish machine and continue the fish games. Before that, I also have tried put my own tokens hitting it 99830 points to 100,000 points, but the machine not yet go to 100k points already error. Wasted my 6 tokens stuck in the machine too. This auntie really not suitable to working at service lines, shown off her bad attitude, unkind and talk loud to customers, unwilling to help when the machine got error problems. Really dissappointed , we every weekend spent our family time to here???

Last friday i change the winnie the pooh earbuds for 63000 tickets at downtown east outlet...it's 58600 at jurong point outlet.i feedbacked to them via fb messager and i all i got is a sorry and that 63000 tickets is correct.totally swept under the rug I checked at jp on monday and they say i can change it for 58600 there...cant help but feel hard done over 4400 tickets. not even service recovery is given and it their fault

Addictive place. Great for families be it adult of children. Used to patronise them last time but stopped for a while. Things that have changes include membership card that allows you to clock points when recharging, store your tickets winnings with longer validity instead of paper ones. Tiers bonus when you upgrade your membership levels. QR code available on every machine for calling attendant instead of manually 'hijacking' them when hunting for them. Useful when you are alone. Can be quite expensive especially you keep going back.
