★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 18 November 2021 at 1222 I was at the arcade and I wanted to change my $5 into all $1 coins, I talk to the person at the counter to change my $5 into $1 but due to my broken Chinese there was a miscommunication. The lady at the counter handed me one $1 coin and two $2 I know there was a miscommunication but I understand why so this was my fault, she was talking to another person so I waited for my turn to talk to her in order to get my ' all $1 coins ' when she look at me she gave me a very rude reply that show that I have the request that I wanted but no so I tell her in English that I want all in $1 coins and she was very angry and annoyed so she frown at me and handed me the coins in a rude manner so yea poor customer service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet on a weekday afternoon, however limited choice of games and some machines seem older and are a bit slow/laggy. Not too many choices for rewards too that you can exchange tickets for. Bought tokens to play, need to purchase a $2 card separately to redeem your tickets.

The variety of games provided allows players to have a great time here. It is a good stress reliever from our busy work schedules. With the school holidays coming, it is rolling out some promotions. I have a great experience here, will definitely come back.
