Play a straight 20 play infront of the counter with 2 staff there. The counter said 20 play sure win. But the staff say we did not inform them so we don't get our sure win. Claw no strength. Updated comment Some small one can try seems like they have done some adjustment. The very Big one still abit impossible. Middle size one can try abit. Good thing is most thing are authentic. Tips: ask the staff that you going for the sure win

The staff girl with green dyed hair is extremely rude. Very terrible experience at the arcade. The other staff were ok except her. She cannot simply ask properly to move my stuff but just kick it aside because it was blocking her. Extremely uncalled for especially for a service crew

Extremely rude staff, a female staff with green dyed hair at first told me rudely that drinks are not allowed when I am about to walk into the store. I was closing up my coffee cup and I had to show her to let her know I know the rules. Next my son was enjoying himself playing Pokemon tretta machine and may have gone overboard making a lot of noises, but he is not the only one doing it but this same particular staff came in rudely and told him off not to smash the buttons loudly. I thought that's the nature of the game play. Besides the environment is already noisy as it is and other kids were making loud smashing button noises as well. If she could have told us nicely with a smile we could have acquiesced to her request but her rude approach in dealing with paying customers left me with a bad impression. This will be last time I am patronizing this place. Management should seriously work with improving the customer service.

Please read the reviews before entering. I did not and regret going to his place. The WORST claw machine place to ever go to. Machines are set not to dispense any wins. You’ll have to inform staff that you’ve started the play and they have manually view the counter to verify the times you played. Claws were set to the weakness strength.

The place runs by card system. The more u change the more bonus play u get. However do note that each play forces you to pay 2 tries, hence $2. Claws can swing, but its super momo claw, aka touch touch claw, no strength unless you got a full wrap on the toy. So the trick is to catch small parts of the toy, and must be all 3 claw. Otherwise place look nice and staff friendly. Do avoid unless you are pro...than again think pro players usually avoid this place haha.

Played 24 times on a single machine today knowing that there’s a sure win but staff rejected the sure win, said that I had not alert her at the start of the game. The claw releases the soft toy almost immediately at every round that I played, not once there was a tight grip. I’m shock and I concluded that it is a scam. I don’t think business should profit from tricking people into these. Anyways, I don’t think the main issue is of the claw machine but the integrity of the store, if you promise a sure win on your machine, you have to honour the promise. Whether there is a hidden rule of informing the staff before you play any game, it is essential make it very clear to customers especially for first-timers customers otherwise, remove the sure win. The staff was nice though.

Goes by card system and able to top up with pay wave or cash, so ideal for people who do not have cash on hand. Has Sure Win system like some of the other competitors, but do alert the staff beforehand otherwise it does not count. Price is $2 for 2 tries. Toys are legit and good quality. Staff was friendly and patient when explaining the system.

It was fun place. There is guaranteed prize if you are playing for certain number (depending on the crane prize) but you have to inform the staff on it before playing. I didn't see anyone did that though. Everyone seemed just play for fun. Few of them holding the prizes already. The only place I have seen with pokemon arcade game empty. There are about 6 arcades there and only 2 were occupied.
